Premium Quality Beef
We use premium black angus Round eye for our milanesas. This ensures we are providing a juicy, tender and flavourful steak to our customers.
Homemade Breading Blend
To coat the milanesas we have a breading mix of sourdough, panko and homemade focaccia.
Easy to Cook
The best thing about our milanesas is how simple it is to prepare. You can cook them in the oven, in an airfyer or pan fry (our favorite!).

Bake option:
Preheat oven to bake at 450*F.
Place baking sheet tray in oven for 10 minutes or until hot.
Cover the surface of the hot tray with a generous amount of oil and carefully place milanesas. Add a bit more oil on top of each milanesa enough to cover.
Bake for 10-12 minutes and then turn over for another 6-8 minutes or until the top is golden brown and delicious.
Fry option:
In a medium-sized pan, heat a 1/2-inch layer of oil over medium heat.
The desired cooking temperature is achieved when the oil bubbles as a milanesa is dipped into pan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes and flip for another 2-3 minutes, or until golden-brown & delicious.
Air fryer option:
In the fryer basket, place milanesas making sure not to overcrowd. With neutral or avocado oil spray a generous amount enough to cover the milanesa. Cook at 370*F for 8-10 minutes and flip for another 4-6 minutes or until golden-brown and delicious.
Remove tray from the oven, let milanesas cool and squeeze lemon juice on top. Enjoy as-is or with a sauce of your choice!
